OBK Fitness sessions are designed to allow each individual the opportunity to build strength, develop endurance, and increase mobility.
This allows our athletes to get healthy and grow strong across a wide variety of functional movements and intensity levels.
Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or experienced athlete. Our workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and movements.
This is the reason our program is highly-effective for military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.
All of our sessions are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression.
A certified fitness coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct all movements performed during each workout.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. OBK Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Round Rock.
