Coach Intro

I grew up in Austin, Texas, and have lived here my whole life! I played football and ran track through middle school, high school, and college. Fitness has always been a vital part of my life and something I grew close to through my athletic experiences. I was fortunate enough to be a two-time state medalist for the USA Track & Field Junior Olympics in 2013 & 2014 and played collegiate football at Texas Lutheran University in 2021-2022. Through the years I grew a strong attachment to the fitness side of sports and want to help people achieve their fitness goals. I believe fitness can be a huge part of an athlete's success in changing their lives. I want to commit myself 100% to using all of my capabilities to help people do that.

I am impassioned to serve people who look to improve themselves physically and reach their full potential. I believe we as people are capable of much more than we realize. I seek to help athletes chase and reach that potential while falling in love with the process/journey of getting there. I'm motivated and committed to helping every athlete I come across to the best of my ability. I believe that always giving the athlete 100% of my effort & commitment will help them to put in 100% on days it may be a little more difficult.
