My journey to becoming a coach truly stems from the active childhood I had, my parents put me in nearly every sport imaginable until I found one that I loved. The one I loved the most was gymnastics. I did gymnastics for 10 years and that led me to my first ever job, a gymnastics coach! While coaching for nearly 5 years in high school, I worked my way from coaching toddlers to the USAG Level 2 girls in the Junior Olympic program. During that time, I knew I had a deep passion for helping others grow in their own wellness journey and I could be the one to push them through it. Once I got to college I was chosen to receive a developmental grant for a personal training certification, I then worked in Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training at Texas A&M for 4 years. I was able to help dozens of people start their fitness journey and watched them fall in love with strength training. I love working with people to not only reach their fitness goals, but to help them incorporate fitness into their everyday routine and learn that movement will help you feel better too!
In my role as a personal trainer, my desire is to serve my community in a way that they can achieve their fitness goals. I want to be the person that can help others not only look their best but more importantly feel their best in their everyday lives. I am here to motivate and encourage others to incorporate fitness and movement into each day and get stronger and more confident while doing so. Your health and well-being shouldn't feel like a chore, though some days are easier than others. It is my goal to help my community fall in love with their own wellness and get strong in the process!
